It is possible to join a small group hands-on cooking class (max 8 participants) for lunch or dinner. The cooking classes are a fun, unique, and affordable way to enjoy the company of friends or family at any culinary skill level. The chef will introduce you to the best and most traditional Italian dishes. According to the season it is possible to prepare two kind of fresh pasta and two sauces, with a dessert, or a complete Tuscan menu which include 2 courses and a desert. Wine is included of course. You'll learn about the characteristics of the ingredients and understand seasonality. You'll also learn the value of the local Italian products.
