Your English speaking driver and wine expert will pick you up at your hotel or at your villa in the countryside with a Mercedes A / C minivan.

You will head to the Chianti area, between Florence and Siena, home of the classic Chianti wine. The borders of the Chianti region are extending over the provinces of Florence and Siena, covering the area between the two cities and extending to the east towards the Valdarno. The Chianti area offers one of the most beautiful landscapes of the world, its cypresses trees outlining the skyline, its ordered wineyards.

This area is often used as a movie setting and inspire amazing photographs. Stop in Greve in Chianti, where you can have a coffee and do some shopping in the lovely square where you can admire artisans and butchers as in the old time. The guide will tell you about Giovanni da Verrazzano, the Italian popular explorer who discovered the Hudson bay, he was born here more than 500 years ago.

Continue your tour in Tuscany stopping at a local winery where the owner will open his cellars for you and tell you how to wine is produced, show you the different stages of aging and the different barrels. The visit usually ends with a wine tasting accompanied with snacks, cheese and ham.

It's possible to add lunch at the winery as an extra option at the time of booking!

The driver will drive you back to the hotel around 5:00 pm. Along the way back it's possible to stop for a visit to another small villages or at Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence, to make some pictures to the skyline and the landscape
