We'll proceed to the Medici Chapels, the Mausoleum of the family, decorated with the incredible technique of the Florentine mosaic, and we'll enter inside the new Sacristy, designed and decorated by the great Michelangelo.

In the extended version of the tour you will also visit Palazzo Vecchio, the seat of the Government and once also the residence of the Grand-duke Cosimo I and his wife Eleonora di Toledo. Here you will admire the stunning paintings and sculptures of the Salone dei 500 and the decoration of the apartments of the Duke and he Duchess, see the rooms once dedicated to the government of Florence.
The extended version of the tour will end with a visit of the Boboli gardens on the other side of the river, in front of the Pitti Palace, the final residence of the Medici family.
