- all gondolas have a maximum capacity of 6 people, including children;
- the length of the tour is about 30 minutes, and is along a standard route, which depends on the stazio chosen;
- in case of adverse weather or tidal conditions, the length or route of the tour can be subject to change;
- daytime tours can be done from 9:30 am to 18:00 (6:00 pm) during the summer (1 April – 31 October) and from 9:30 am to 17:00 (5:00 pm) during the winter (1 November – 31 March);
- evening tours (with an extra charge) can be done from 19:00 (7:00 pm) to 19:30 (7:30 pm) during the summer (1 April – 31 October) and from 18:00 (6:00pm) to 18:30 (6:30 pm) during the winter (1 November – 31 March);
- during high season a short wait of up to ten minutes may be necessary before a gondola is available for boarding;
